Luke has over 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry and co-founded LightTower Partners in 2012, having worked closely with the three other Partners for over nine years.

 

Prior to founding LightTower Partners, Luke was Head of Retail and Institutional Business Development for the asset management division of Matrix Group from 2000. Matrix Group raised over £10bn across a range of asset classes, including alternative funds, property, UCITS funds, renewable energy, EIS, IHT, VCTs and structured products. Prior to this Luke worked for investment houses including M&G and Prudential.

Glenn Hamilton

Glenn has over 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry and co-founded LightTower Partners in 2012, having worked closely with the three other Partners for over nine years.

 

Prior to founding LightTower Partners, Glenn was a director in the asset management division of Matrix Group from 2004. Glenn focused on the distribution and marketing of an eclectic range of products to retail and institutional clients in the UK, Channel Islands and Asia. Prior to this, Glenn was a member of the institutional and retail sales team at American Express Asset Management. He also worked at Invesco for over five years in both their London and Jersey offices, during which time he developed longstanding ties to the Channel Islands.

Ben has over 10 years’ experience in the asset management industry and co-founded LightTower Partners in 2012, having worked closely with the three other Partners for over nine years.

 

Prior to founding LightTower Partners, Ben was Head of Marketing and Product for the asset management division of Matrix Group from 2006. He focused on marketing and product development for an eclectic range of products, including alternative funds, UCITS funds, renewable energy, EIS, IHT, VCTs and structured products. Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry and co-founded LightTower Partners in 2012, having worked closely with the three other Partners for over nine years.

 

Prior to founding LightTower Partners, Richard was Sales Director in the asset management division of Matrix Group which he joined in 2002. He focused on the distribution and marketing of an eclectic range of products predominately to UK retail and institutional channels but also some overseas markets. Prior to Matrix, Richard has worked at investment houses including Schroders, European Value Partners AGesdner.
